Redesigned the Customer's order status workflows for faster decisions and scalability.

Role:
Lead the product design as Individual Contributor (IC).
Outcome:
Introduced a chat based UX to create, and launch campaigns.
Ran a 3-day AI Design Hackathon with 3 Designers conceptualise the project.
Impact:
Reduced the time of creating campaign with intelligent suggestions.
Generating multiple campaigns with the better results.
IQM SaaS Platform (Political Vertical)
Driving the Political vertical’s product experience by introducing competitive features, addressing customer needs, and enhancing overall platform usability.

Documented the design system and guidelines to create a single source of truth for design and front-end components.

A design system documentation with overview, guidelines, and behaviour like design systems created by microsoft, IBM, and etc.

Reduced the onboarding time of the new designers to understand the designs system.
Reduced the collaboration time between designers, and front-end team regarding current and new components.
Magicpin Merchant’s App
Reimagined the merchant’s orders screen to support multiple order statues and increasing the overall space optimized layout space to improve visibility and display more orders at once.

Sole designer working on the UI, and UX of the product.
Outcome:
Introduced multiple order statuses to streamline order management and refined the order details card for a more intuitive UX.
Impact:
Faster Order Management → More orders visible on one screen, reducing navigation and speeding up processing.
Reduced Operational Errors → Clear order statuses minimise confusion and mishandling.
Higher Order Throughput → Streamlined layouts helped merchants fulfil more orders in less time.
