In Front of the Mirror
A Performance evaluation framework.
Our founder, Yagnesh, created this framework to document our quarterly work, key projects, learnings, areas for improvement, and much more.
Looking back at the end of the year, you get to see how far you’ve come. It’s like standing in front of a mirror, reflecting on your growth, the things you’ve learned, and how much you’ve evolved.
I fed the document into Google NotebookLM to create a chat-based UX that lets me explore key projects, revisit learnings, and reflect on my progress without having to go through the entire document.

IQM Vera (AI Product)
Conceptualised AI experiences within IQM’s existing platform and envisioned a dedicated AI platform to simplify complex workflows across campaign management, reporting, and more.
WHAT DID I DO?
Created a strategic presentation and led internal design hackathons to explore opportunities for embedding AI into existing product workflows.
Designed initial workflow concepts and prototypes to validate AI opportunities, ideas, and product objectives.
Designed end-to-end AI-powered workflows for campaign creation, reporting, and dashboards, simplifying complex product experiences.
OUTCOMES?
Optimisation of the campaign planning with multiple campaign creation with the audience, creative, inventory combinations.
Internal validation from the CEO, and Leader to take the product forward, and grow the product.
IQM Entreprise Product
Designed the multiple features, and workflows to add features, and capabilities to run, optimise, and plan the campaign around the political domain.
WHAT DID I DO?
Led the product design for multiple features like Bid Model 3.0, Planner 2.0, Campaign redesign, custom voter audience, and 10+ features.
Lead end-to-end product delivery, and product walkthroughs, and across the business, engineering, and multiple teams.
Led a team of 2 designers to work on the features, and overall product work.
OUTCOMES?
Helped company grow from 3M to 10M through design contribution.
Learnt how to lead people, and run design team by aligning everyone
IQM Design Vault
Created comprehensive design system documentation that serves as a single source of truth for all product components, patterns, and guidelines, with detailed specifications for each.
WHAT DID I DO?
Led the project with 3 designers to build a single design system documentation including all the guidelines, overview, and specifications.
Defined the template, structure, and overall approach to document the details.
OUTCOMES?
A CMS based design system documentation.
Reduced time to onboard new designers to the complete design system.
A defined process to introduce new components, set the right guidelines, and with proper definition.

end to end impact of the features, and application.
In a platform of this scale, it pushed me to think strategically, and thoughtfully about the interactions, experience, and data.

Learnt to keep the communication clear and effective so that people are aligned, and clear about the expectations, and deliveries.

Learnt the importance of the planning before moving the pixels or ideating ideas.
Learnt to record the detailed Loom (Video) walkthroughs of the high-level prototypes to move fast and asynchronously.
