Aim: Reduce manual workflows + Usage of AI automation and Inteligence

Handling the product experience of the Political vertical of the platform.
Aim: Introduce new features to create competitive edge, resolve customer requests, and improve the overall UX of the platform.

Product Designing
* Leading the Product Experience (UI/UX) of multiple apps/features requests from the political vertical of the platform.
* Handles the design demos, walkthroughs with the Engineering, AdOps, and Business Team.
* Contribution to the design system by identifying the new components, patterns, and then designing the end-to-end interactions.
Collaboration with PM & Engineering
* Actively collaborating with Product Managers to align on requirements, review PRDs, and shape design proposals that meet product goals.
* Collaborating closely with the Engineering team to ensure smooth design handoffs—sharing accurate Figma links, providing Loom walkthroughs, and offering ongoing design support throughout the development phase.
Leaderships & Mentorship
* Leading the design for the political vertical, I mentor and guide two junior team members—regularly reviewing their ongoing work and ensuring design quality and alignment with project goals.
* As a senior designer with good domain expertise, I actively mentor junior and emerging designers—helping them understand design concepts, clarifying doubts, reviewing their ideas, and providing continuous guidance and feedback

* Design System Documentation - Leading the documentation of the IQM Design System by defining clear guidelines, interaction principles, and component behaviors—enabling team members to understand and apply components, patterns, and UX standards effectively.

Designing for IQM has taught me to think deeply about the
end to end impact of the features, and application.
In a platform of this scale, it pushed me to think strategically, and thoughtfully about the interactions, experience, and data.
I build to explore ideas, apply what I learn, and create tools that help others learn too.
Learnt to keep the communication clear and effective so that people are aligned, and clear about the expectations, and deliveries.
With such a diverse team, It is important to understand the requirements and need of every team member to keep the development process smooth.
At IQM, we believe in taking full ownership of the work, and move with a plan.
Learnt the importance of the planning before moving the pixels or ideating ideas.
Learnt to record the detailed Loom (Video) walkthroughs of the high-level prototypes to move fast and asynchronously.
