Onsite Design Thinking Workshop hosted by Paperclip Team (Our Design Team) with Stadium Team

Stadium Design team consists of 7 lovely, amazing and inspiring people.
Product Designing
* Working with another Sr. Interaction Designer on the Recognition Program UI/UX.
* Discovering and collaborating with fellow designers, managers and CEO to identify opportunities to simplify the overall UX.
Gamification opportunities
* Stadium’s gifting domain brings a wide range of opportunities—pushing me to design gamified moments and create experiences that genuinely evoke emotion.
Collaboration with PM
* Actively collaborating with Product Owner to align on requirements and shape design proposals that meet product goals.
* Collaborating closely with the Engineering team to ensure smooth design handoffs—sharing accurate Figma links, providing Loom walkthroughs, and offering ongoing design support throughout the development phase.
Leaderships
* As a senior designer with good domain expertise, I actively mentor junior and emerging designers—helping them understand design concepts, clarifying doubts, reviewing their ideas, and providing continuous guidance and feedback
Growth and learning @ Stadium
Recently joined the team (3 months back) but still learned a lot of things and still learning…
It’s a platform that demands both B2B and B2C thinking. We design for companies, but the end experience belongs to the people receiving the gifts — and that experience has to be seamless, delightful, and creatively crafted.
Stadium’s gifting domain brings a wide range of opportunities—pushing us to design gamified moments and create experiences that genuinely evoke emotion for both the end users and companies.
